Policies

General Information  

Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm
Check-out 10:30am
Early arrival or late checkout may be available by prior arrangement for an additional fee.
All rates include breakfast in our commons area. 
Rates are for double occupancy. 
Extra people in the Lark Bunting room cost $40.00 per person, per night.
Each guest room has a private bathroom.
Complementary WiFi is available.  
A cordless telephone is available in the commons area for customers convenience, with free long distance.
Wireless service in Arrow Rock is minimal.  
No smoking, nor burning of candles or incense is allowed in our building due to insurance restrictions. You will be escorted off the property and charged a $250.00 cleaning fee if you smoke in our inn.  
Smoking is permitted outside. Thank you for being thoughtful in this respect.
We have no accommodations for children 12 and under. 
No pets allowed.  Owner has severe allergies to dogs and cats.
All rates are subject to change and are before taxes. 

Meals  

A complete, made fresh breakfast is included in the price of the room. Served in the commons area at 8:30am.  
Coffee, tea and baked goods are available 24/7 in the commons area. 
Please alert us to food allergies or special dietary needs when making the reservation. Gluten-free, whole 30, vegan and vegetarian foods are available with at least a 7 day notice.
If you need to leave early a breakfast to go can be arranged. Please notify us in advance.
We do not sell alcoholic beverages but do have a refrigerator available to chill yours should you choose to bring your own.

Reservations, Deposits and Cancellations 

Due to the fact that many of our customers come to Arrow Rock to attend a play at the Lyceum Theatre, we do not require a two night stay minimum. However, since accommodations in Arrow Rock are very limited, cancellations and no shows affect us greatly. Please read our policies carefully and if you have any questions, call us at (660) 837-3352.
A deposit of half the room rate is required at the time the reservation is made.
There is a $25 processing fee for any reservation that is canceled or changed.  
If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before arrival, a refund will be issued for the amount of the deposit less the $25.00 processing fee. If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited and the guest will be charged for any remaining amount that we cannot re-sell or book to another guest.
For reservations being paid by a third party (e.g. as a gift) payment in full is required at the time of reservation.
For parties of two to five rooms traveling together, or for holidays and special events at the B & B or in the area, the cancellation policy is 30 days.
