General Information

Check-in is 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, no early check-ins available.  10:30 am check-out.

Due to the current Coronavirus situation some of our policies will be changed for the year 2020.  They are underlined for your convenience.  

No-contact check-in is now available, if you prefer.  Call the Inn at least 24 hours ahead of your stay to complete room purchase.  The door code will be emailed to you and you may check in after 3:00 pm on the day of your stay.

All rates include a complimentary breakfast. 

Rates are for double occupancy (subject to change and are before taxes).  

Extra people in the Lark Bunting room, $40.00 per person, per night.

Each guest room has a private bathroom.
Complementary Hi-speed internet. 

Telephone with free long distance available in the commons area.

No smoking, nor burning of candles or incense is allowed in our building due to insurance restrictions. You will be escorted off the property and charged a $250.00 cleaning fee if you smoke in our inn.  Smoking is permitted outside. Thank you for being thoughtful in this respect.

No pets allowed.  Owner has severe allergies to dogs and cats.

Lost and Found fee for shipping is $10.00 minimum.

Meals  

Early morning coffee and tea will still be made available with disposable cups for those who want them.

Breakfast will not be served family style throughout 2020 (with the exception of certain groups who want, and don’t mind, eating together).

Breakfast will be plated into to-go packaging and be available in the upstairs dining room at 8:00am.  You have the option to eat in one of our dining rooms or choose one of three open air porches where seating is provided.

 

***Please alert us to food allergies or special dietary needs when making the reservation.  A 7-day notice is needed for specialty food requests. ***

 Reservations, Deposits and Cancellations 

Due to the fact that many of our customers come to Arrow Rock to attend a play at the Lyceum Theatre, we do not require a two night stay minimum during theater season.   

Since accommodations in Arrow Rock are very limited, cancellations and no shows affect us greatly. Please read our policies carefully and if you have any questions, call us at (660) 837-3352.

A deposit of half the room rate is required at the time the reservation is made.

There is a $25 processing fee for any reservation that is canceled or changed. (exception: June & July 2020 Lyceum Theatre rescheduling will not incur a fee).

If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before arrival, a refund will be issued for the amount of the deposit less the $25.00 processing fee.

If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited and the guest will be charged for any remaining amount that we cannot re-sell or book to another guest.
For reservations being paid by a third party (e.g. as a gift) payment in full is required at the time of reservation.

For parties of two to five rooms traveling together the cancellation policy is 30 days.
