Innkeeper's Reception: 3:00 - 5:00pm on days the Inn has guests. Please join us for complimentary appetizers and beverages in the main level dining room. Three outdoor covered porches, with seating, are available for your snacking enjoyment, if you so choose. We are looking forward to this time of once again, welcoming our guests to our home.
We understand that policies are not popular, however it's the nature of the beast to stay in business. Thank you for understanding.

Children are allowed to stay with adult supervision. Extra cleaning charge (min. of $25.00) may be billed if necessary, after departure.

Smoking is permitted outside. Thank you for being thoughtful in this respect.

Extra guests in the Lark Bunting: $40.00 per guest, per night.

Late departure, if available, is $50.00 per hour.

Only paid guests are allowed on the premises unless prior arrangements are made with the innkeepers.
We use & sell high quality linens (Comfy brand) for guest comfort. Your help in keeping them unsoiled is appreciated. Black makeup cloths along with makeup remover and facial soap is provided. A minimum cleaning charge of $25.00 is automatically billed to the card on file should makeup, blood or other such stains be present on our linens. Permanently stained linens will be billed at retail price.

No smoking, nor burning of candles or incense is allowed in our building due to insurance restrictions. You will be escorted off the property and charged a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee along with loss of income charge.
Meals

Breakfast is complimentary, no special dietary needs can be accommodated at this time. However, please alert us to food allergies. Feel free to bring your own food to meet your special needs. There is a full sized refrigerator in the commons room.

"Dinner at the Inn" will be available this year, it will include everything from beverage to dessert for $40.00 per person, served at 6:00pm in the main dining room, reservations necessary, more information available soon...

Bakery will be open, with a few choices of baked goods & beverages from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Wednesday - Saturday. More information available soon.
Reservations, Deposits and Cancellations
Please read our policies carefully and if you have any questions, call Penny (660) 837-3352.
A deposit of half the room rate is required at the time the reservation is made, with the final total due 14 days before arrival. Your credit card will be billed and an invoice sent by email.
Self-Check-in: Welcome to Flint Creek packet will be available at the lower-level Inn entrance at 3:00pm the day of arrival. Door code, along with other pertinent information will be contained in the packet. Innkeepers are not always available to let you in so please proceed from the parking lot to the lower level where your welcome packet is located. Thank you!
There is a $25 processing fee for any reservation that is canceled or changed prior to 14 days before arrival. If canceled, the deposit, minus the $25.00, will be returned via credit card refund.
Once your reservation is paid in full (within the 14 day window) there are no cancellations. However, we will try to sell the room and if we are successful, you will be refunded your room rate, minus the deposit. We are not responsible for any canceled events in Arrow Rock.
For reservations being paid by a third party (e.g. as a gift) payment in full is required at the time of reservation.
Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
