A popular breakfast dish at Flint Creek Inn - David's Eggs
I found this recipe several years ago when doing a recipe search. It was supposedly from an Innkeeper named David but was not tagged as to who this David might be.

I have made this more times then I can count as it is a guest favorite. Leave out the little bit of flour and it becomes gluten-free.
This is a great brunch dish as well as it stays warm and delicious for a long time. It also halves easily and once baked freezes beautifully.
My son-in-law volunteers to take any leftovers off my hands...says it's a great commute breakfast! There you have it! David's Eggs!
